24-Hour Notice: Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.

Late Cancellations / No-Shows: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Arriving Late: If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a fee may apply.
